My Resume Builder – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the My Resume Builder mobile application (“Application”) operated by:

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Application.

2. Services

The Application allows users to:

• Create resumes (CVs)
• Generate cover letters
• Use resume templates
• Receive AI-assisted writing suggestions
• Export resumes in digital formats

The Application provides productivity tools only and does not provide recruitment, HR, or legal advice.

3. No Employment Guarantee

The Application does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, employment success, or career advancement. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated content.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Application may generate content using artificial intelligence. AI-generated text may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before submitting it to employers.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription billing is managed via RevenueCat as a technical provider.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your app store account. Deleting the Application does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their policies.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into the Application (work history, education, skills, etc.). By using the Application, you grant Lucsoft SL a limited license to store and process this information solely to provide the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Lucsoft SL. You may use generated resumes for personal and professional purposes only.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Application
• Interfere with the Application’s security or functionality

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Lucsoft SL does not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucsoft SL shall not be liable for job rejections, loss of opportunity, or indirect damages resulting from use of the Application.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

12. Changes to These Terms

Lucsoft SL may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
