These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AlexaFit mobile application (the “Application”) operated by:

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Application. By using the Application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
AlexaFit provides digital fitness, nutrition, and wellness-related tools, including body metric tracking, food tracking, and related features. All services are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
AlexaFit does not provide medical advice. The Application content, including fitness programs, nutritional calculations, body metric analysis, and recommendations, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. Use of the Application is at your own risk.
All subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through:
Subscription management and billing are facilitated through RevenueCat as a technical service provider. Lucsoft SL does not directly process or store payment card details for in-app purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Application does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.
Lucsoft SL cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly through the platform from which the subscription was purchased.
Subscription prices may change from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the respective app store platform.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
Lucsoft SL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Application allows you to upload content, including photos, body metrics, nutrition data, and related materials.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant Lucsoft SL a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store and process the content solely for providing and improving the Application services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including software, branding, and design, are owned by or licensed to Lucsoft SL and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lucsoft SL does not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucsoft SL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or personal injury resulting from use of the Application.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Lucsoft SL may suspend or terminate access to the Application if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Lucsoft SL may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published within the Application with a revised effective date.
